Repair and maintenance

Repair and maintenance

If something breaks, a technician comes to the site. Here are the prices and terms, so you know in advance what it will cost.

Prices

Working time is counted from the technician’s arrival until departure. VAT is added to all prices.

Outside Tallinn70 €40 €

Example in Tallinn: 30 minutes costs 50 € + 40 € = 90 € + VAT, 85 minutes 50 € + 40 € + 40 € = 130 € + VAT.

Translated from Estonian. In case of discrepancies, the Estonian version applies.

1. Materials and equipment

Prices do not include materials used during the work or devices that are replaced or added. If a device or part needs replacing, we only do so with your prior consent. Devices and materials are invoiced separately.

2. Special terms

2.1 Faults caused by the customer or external circumstances

If a fault is caused by the customer’s actions or external circumstances, fixing it is not covered by the warranty, even during the warranty period, and the work is charged in full. Such cases include, among others:

  • mechanical damage to the device (impact, fall, shock);
  • incorrect use or lack of maintenance;
  • moisture or water damage, damage by insects or rodents;
  • changes or settings made by third parties;
  • network problems or power cuts;
  • damaged or disconnected cables;
  • changes in the service provider’s network;
  • incorrect software configuration;
  • incorrect settings made via the app, changing the camera’s direction or mounting, etc.

2.2 No access

If the technician arrives at the agreed time but the work cannot be done for reasons attributable to the customer (for example no access, preparations not made or incorrect information), the price list above applies.

2.3 Diagnostics

The contractor may charge for diagnosing a fault if:

  • the fault described by the customer is not found and the device works;
  • the cause of the fault lies with the customer (including the cases in section 2.1);
  • the customer declines the repair or does not accept its price.

The fee is calculated according to the price list above.

3. Acceptance of work

If the work can be checked on site (for example when the technician fixes a fault or restores the system), the customer checks it on site and raises any objections with the technician immediately. Usually the technician solves the problem on site, shows that the system works and explains the cause of the fault.

Only objections that could not reasonably be raised on site may be raised later. They must be raised as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days after the work, in a form that can be reproduced in writing and with reasons. If the customer raises no objections within that time, the work is considered properly done and accepted.

4. Invoicing

  • The invoice is issued after the work is done.
  • The payment term is 7 days.
  • The contractor may require prepayment before starting work.
  • For late payment the customer pays a penalty of 0.05% per day on the unpaid amount until it is paid in full.

5. Consequences of unpaid invoices

If an invoice is not paid on time, the contractor may:

  • suspend existing and new services (including maintenance) until all debts and penalties are paid;
  • publish the payment default in a third-party database;
  • require 100% prepayment for all future work.
