What we do
We start with a site survey and finish only when your people know how to use the system. After that, we keep it working.
Example: Hikvision TandemVu
Two cameras in one housing: a wide-angle or panoramic view covers the whole area while a PTZ camera zooms in on the details. Mark an area on the panoramic image and the PTZ camera turns and zooms there by itself (3D positioning). The overview stays on screen the whole time.
Installation
We survey the site, choose the cameras and recorder, and calculate how long recordings need to be kept. We run the cabling, set up the system and your phones. Finally, we show you on site how to find and download recordings.
Rental for a monthly fee
If you don’t want to buy the equipment upfront, you can get the whole system for a monthly fee. It covers the equipment, installation, maintenance and remote monitoring. Every four years we replace the hardware with newer models.
Remote monitoring
We monitor how your system works remotely, without viewing the video. If a camera drops off the network or a hard drive starts failing, we know right away and can usually fix it remotely. From 19 € per month.
Cloud recording
One or two cameras without a recorder: video is stored on our server for 30 days. You view live video and recordings on your phone and get an alert with video when there is motion. Suits a small business, a home or temporary surveillance.
Door entry and access control
Video door phones, doors that open with a card or phone, gates and barriers with number plate recognition, and time tracking. In older buildings a door phone can be installed on the existing cable.
Repair and maintenance
If something breaks, a technician comes to the site. Prices are listed below, so you know in advance what it will cost.
Construction sites
Temporary surveillance with battery-powered and wireless cameras, rented or bought out. If you wish, we will also make a time-lapse video of the construction.
Other low-voltage work
The same company also installs fire alarms, intrusion and access control systems, data networks, and public address and call systems. If your site needs several systems, you get everything from one place.

We quote installation after a site survey, because the price depends on cabling and the number of cameras. Everything else is listed here.
Remote monitoring packages
The monthly fee covers up to 8 cameras. Each additional camera adds a couple of euros.

How it works in practiceIf a camera goes dark at night or the recorder’s hard drive raises a warning, we see it immediately. Most faults can be fixed remotely. If not, we call you and book a technician. Once a month you get a short report on what happened with the system.

Rental
The monthly fee includes the equipment (8MP cameras), installation, maintenance and BASIC remote monitoring. Minimum contract 3 years; equipment is replaced with new every 4 years.

The installation price depends on the number of cameras, the cabling and how long recordings need to be kept. That is why we survey the site first and then make an offer. If you would rather avoid a large upfront cost, you can rent the system, for example 4 cameras for 99 € per month (+ VAT).
Yes. We set up the app on your phone during installation and show you how to watch live video and recordings.
Yes. People must be informed about video surveillance before they enter the monitored area. The sign must state who processes the recordings and how to contact them. We can help you with the signs and the required information.
Not for recording; the recorder stores video on site. You need internet to view the cameras on your phone or to use remote monitoring.
During the rental period the equipment belongs to us, and its maintenance and replacement are our responsibility. If you want to end the contract early, you can buy the system out.
Call technical support. Without a contract, password recovery costs 30 € + VAT. For remote monitoring customers it is included in the package.
We fix faults covered by the warranty free of charge. If the cause is, for example, an impact, moisture or a power cut, our price list applies: in Tallinn 50 € for the first 20 minutes and 40 € for each additional started hour (+ VAT).
Yes. Video from one or two cameras can be recorded on our server, where it is kept for 30 days. With more cameras, an on-site recorder stores the video and you still watch on your phone.
Yes, all across Estonia. Work on the islands is by agreement.
