Solution for apartment associations
CCTV and door entry for apartment associations
Cameras for stairwells, the yard and the car park, door entry and the car park gate from one provider. We install, train the manager and residents, and keep the system working.
What apartment associations worry about most
Damaged doors and strangers in the stairwell
Recordings help find out what happened, and a visible camera prevents many incidents.
Unknown cars in the car park
A gate with number plate recognition lets in only residents’ cars. Guests can get temporary access.
An old door phone and too many keys
A new video door phone calls the resident’s phone, and the door opens from the app, with a card or with a code.
What we install
All parts work together and can be managed from one app. You can start with one part and add the rest later.
Before the general meetingWe help prepare the information for residents: where the cameras go, who can view the footage, how long recordings are kept and which signs must be displayed.
Cameras
Stairwells, basements, the bin shelter, the yard and the car park. The recorder stays on the association’s premises, and only people appointed by the association can view the footage.
Video door entry
A visitor calls the resident’s phone or the panel in the flat, and the door opens from the app. In older buildings a 2-wire system reuses the existing cable.
Gate or barrier
Opens for residents’ cars by number plate, remote or phone. The manager adds and removes cars themselves.
Doors with a card or phone
A lost card can be blocked immediately, so there is no need to change keys.
Remote monitoring
We check that the cameras and recorder are working and tell you about faults ourselves. From 19 € per month.
Price
You can rent the camera system for a monthly fee, for example 4 cameras for 99 € per month (+ VAT), or buy it. We quote the door entry and gate after surveying the building, as the price depends on the number of doors and the existing cabling.
Frequently asked questions
The people the association appoints, usually a board member or the manager. Everyone gets their own user account, so you can see who viewed recordings and when.
Usually yes. A 2-wire system reuses the existing cable, so walls do not need to be opened. We check what your building has during the survey.
If you wish, we add backup power that keeps the recorder and the door working during a power cut.
Yes. In addition to number plate recognition, the gate opens from the app or with a remote.
