CCTV rental for a monthly fee
The whole system for a fixed monthly fee: equipment, installation, maintenance and remote monitoring are included. No large upfront investment, and every four years we replace the hardware with newer models.
What the monthly fee includes
Equipment
8MP cameras and a recorder. They remain our property and we look after them.
Installation and setup
We install the system, set up the phone app and show you how to view recordings.
BASIC remote monitoring
We monitor the system around the clock and tell you about faults ourselves.
Hardware renewal
Every 4 years we replace the equipment with new devices, so your technology stays up to date.

Prices exclude VAT. Installation is a one-off fee.

Terms
- The minimum contract term is 3 years.
- If you want to end the contract early, you can buy the system out.
- The monthly fee is fixed, with no unexpected costs.
Renting is optional. You can also buy the kit outright. In that case we survey the site and make a specific offer.
Why upgrade a system older than 4 years
Cameras have changed a lot over the last four years. An older system may no longer give the image and alerts you need today.
AI in the camera
The camera tells people, vehicles and animals apart, raises an alarm when someone crosses a set line and follows a selected object. There are far fewer false alarms.
Better image
Up to 4K resolution and HDR give a clear picture even with bright light and deep shadow in the same frame.
Phone and cloud
Live video and alerts on your phone, user management in the app and an optional cloud backup.
Cybersecurity
Encrypted connections, stronger authentication and data protection settings. Older devices do not support today’s security standards.
